Lance has been a full time real estate agent since 1983 and is the former manager of the Macdonald Realty office in West Vancouver. He is a Master Medallion President's Club Member of the Real Estate Board (top 1% member of REBGV) with a UBC Diploma for Agent 9.15 designation. He also has a project marketing diploma from the B.C. Real Estate Association. He is a past Divisional President of the West Vancouver Branch of the Real Estate Board, Past Director of the Real Estate Board and is currently a member of the Arbitration Committee for the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver. Lance is knowledgeable and articulate in both residential and commercial sales and is trusted in the real estate industry by both colleagues and clients.
Lance has been a North Shore resident since 1976 and has been married since 1987 with two children. A former soccer, basketball and baseball coach for his son’s and daughter’s organized sports teams, he attended the University of Victoria, completing in 1981. Lance is an active guy; he completed the Test of Metal bike competition four times, ran six marathons, completed both the Seattle to Portland bike event and the Ride to Conquer Cancer Vancouver to Seattle event.
